Responsibilities:
Facility/Infrastructure Maintenance
Performs site inspections and monitors the building and alarms
Performs preventative maintenance on site infrastructure (e.g. maintenance of primary infrastructures), or manages vendors
Leads repairs and corrective maintenance
Advises other team members on repairs and preventative maintenance
Leads and coordinates critical infrastructure operations
Lead CAPEX project (Development, Implementation and acceptance)
Incident Management
Instructs on site staff during incidents
Review, coordinate and implement actions
Perform root cause analysis and reporting.
Work Orders
Develop, approve, track annual maintenance plan
Leads others with work requests and circuit installations
Performs capacity management
Manage site work orders and fully completion of the maintenance plan
Collaboration
Identifies and understands underlying issues probes the facts
Can identify component level faults and provide recommendations for new procedures
Utilizes resources outside of the department as necessary
Collaborate with other areas to delivery customer needs
Qualifications
Undergraduate education in Electrical or Automation Engineering;
Good command of English;
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (Brasília time zone).
