1. Develop and implement the company's sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, monitor sales performance, and implement improvement measures.
3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide data-driven insights for sales strategy.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with other business functions.
6. Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility.
7. Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Regularly report sales performance, market dynamics, and strategy execution to senior management.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of sales experience in the mobile phone industry, with 3-5+ years of channel sales experience in the Brazilian market preferred.
* Experience in major mobile brands in Brazil is preferred, with strong channel resources.
* Deep understanding of Brazil’s mobile phone market landscape, channel structure, and consumer demand.
* Proven track record in sales target achievement, market analysis, and key account management.
* Strong team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams.
* Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking, capable of developing effective market strategies.
* Strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
