RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze, diagnose, organize, prioritize, and implement improvements in processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
2. Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, ensuring proposed solutions align with organizational expectations and needs.
3. Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using appropriate tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
4. Create operational procedure documents (AS IS, IS, TO BE versions); design flow diagrams, and document business processes using modeling tools to visualize and formalize process functions aligned with organizational goals.
5. Assist with change management related to implementing new solutions and processes, supporting user acceptance.
6. Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation (Playbook, Operations Manual, etc.) to ensure clarity and reference for end-users and future work continuity.
7. Develop performance indicators (KPIs) to showcase the effectiveness of implemented processes, providing visibility to executives and directors to support decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Process Analyst or similar roles, with a focus on analysis, continuous improvement, and advanced knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies.
3. Familiarity with process modeling tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
4. Experience in operational process mapping and improvement, as well as project management.
5. Advanced English (to be assessed during the interview).
6. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently in a dynamic environment.
7. Proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
8. Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across various teams and departments.
