We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client’s team. This role will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into Salesforce configurations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce admin configuration, excellent communication skills, and an ability to guide clients through discussions and decision-making processes. Organizational skills and the ability to document detailed requirements and processes are also key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
* Lead client conversations and workshops to understand their business processes, identify needs, and propose Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and meet business goals.
* Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions.
* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring all solutions meet the client's needs and are well-documented for future reference.
* Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and end users to optimize Salesforce usage and maximize return on investment.
* Maintain strong documentation practices, including requirement gathering, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
* Conduct testing of Salesforce configurations and updates to ensure they meet business needs and are free of errors.
* Continuously assess and improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce admin configuration and solution delivery.
* Strong ability to lead conversations with clients, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with experience creating detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
* Knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, with hands-on experience in customizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
* Familiarity with Salesforce tools and integrations, as well as understanding of best practices for implementation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress).
* Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
* Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex is a plus.
* Experience of FSC (Financial Services Cloud)
