Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential solar panel customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, creating service tickets, and following up on customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide work order estimates for service requests based on market and company rates.
* Acquire necessary information about service-related requests.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations.
* Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, sales managers, OMS Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operation managers.
* Document service issues and resolutions accurately.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients.
* Escalate complex service requests to OMS Specialists.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Create and manage customer service tickets.
* Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
* 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* High school diploma required.
* Capacity for resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain attention to detail when recording project information in company databases.
* Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment.
* Background in customer service, service maintenance, or clerical work.
* Intermediate computer skills.
