This role demands strong analytical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication, and teamwork to drive growth and expand our market presence!How You’ll Make an Impact:Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape across South American countries. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and enhance Siemens Energy’s position in existing markets.Customer Relationship Management and Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility companies, and private sector clients. Represent Siemens Energy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and establish a presence in the region.Project Identification and Development: Identify and evaluate potential projects, including O&G, renewable energy initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and energy efficiency programs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and bids for projects, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives. Find opportunities for introducing new technologies and solutions that can enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall financial performance of the organization.What You Bring:A relevant bachelor's degree in fields like Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A master’s degree (MBA or similar) is often preferred.Several years of experience in the energy sector, particularly in O&G, Chemical and Petrochemical fields. Experience in the South American market is highly valued.Consistent record in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Experience in managing projects from conception to execution, including familiarity with project financing and contract negotiation.Strong understanding of the energy market dynamics in South America, including regulatory frameworks, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
