Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative professional to work as a Content Writer/Editor in Marketing. The primary focus will be the development and management of institutional and informative content that positions AMORIM as a leading entity in the international market.
Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with AMORIM and marketing objectives. Create an editorial calendar for institutional materials and other platforms. Research materials to ensure content relevance.
1. Content Production
Write and edit articles, reports on international legal topics. Develop scripts for institutional videos, webinars, and podcasts. Produce content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with a focus on brand authority. Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines, tone of voice, and technical language of the sector.
1. Editing & Proofreading
Review and ensure the quality of texts produced. Ensure terminological and legal accuracy in published content. Adapt technical materials to make them accessible to different audiences and platforms.
1. Relationship Management & Collaboration
Coordinate content production with lawyers, specialists, and other key stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team on integrated campaigns. Manage freelancers and content providers when necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
* Previous experience in content production for regulated industries, such as law, finance, or consultancy.
* Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and institutional writing.
Technical Skills
* Excellent writing and grammar skills.
* Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Yoast).
Soft Skills
* Analytical mindset to assess content performance.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
Day-to-Day Routine
* Create and review texts for blogs, social media, and institutional materials.
* Conduct research and optimize SEO for legal content.
* Adjust texts and visual materials in collaboration with designers.
* Monitor legal sector trends and best marketing practices.
