Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionDefine and Plan: You will collaborate with internal and external groups to define process requirements and outline plans for new programs, ensuring alignment with project goals.Initiate Production: Utilize appropriate tools to interpret orders and accurately initiate production processes, maintaining efficiency.Project Management: Estimate project timelines, monitor job accuracy, and ensure completeness, delivering projects on time and within scope.Coding and Scripting: Develop and implement custom project code, build expressions, and write SQL scripts and SAS programs to meet client requirements and expedite processing.Technical Support: Troubleshoot, update, and enhance programs, providing technical support and training to team members and clients.Data Analysis and Improvement: Analyze client data, develop custom project code, and drive continuous improvements in system efficiency and resource optimization.Team Leadership: Mentor and lead team members, supervise project resources, and assist in leadership roles, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and support pre-sales activities, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.Stay Informed: Stay updated on new technologies and procedures, contributing to product documentation and training enhancements, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.You will report to the Client Services Manager.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required preferably in the Computer Programmer/Analyst area.Requires 4 years experience in a computing environment.
