Responsibilities:In-depth understanding of cross-border B2B payments and local markets, with potential client and sales channel networks, or the ability to develop them.
Develop localized channel sales strategies and recruitment plans, leading local channels to achieve business revenue goals.
Collaboration closely with internal teams to enhance channel efficiency through multi-dimensional empowerment methods and sales channel data analysis.
Recruit new partners and create new profit channels in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5-10 years' experience in channel partnership expansion or management in cross-border trade platforms or financial companies.
Results-oriented, enjoys challenges, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Ability to maintain good communication and collaboration with different teams and partners.
Local channel, platform, and network resources are a plus.
Fluent in English, proficiency in local languages is a plus.
