**HRIS Specialist - SAP Success Factors**
**Discover the Opportunity**
We are looking for a HRIS Specialist who will be responsible for SuccessFactors administration, update and governance, including authorization settings, bug fixes and general inquiries - focus on the Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning modules.
**Activities**:
- Work collaboratively with other centers of expertise (Global Processes, Total Rewards and Engagement) to guarantee system alignment with defined HR process guidelines and policies and/or assure their implementation in collaboration with our implementation partner.
- Contribution to process improvement, tool implementations, and simplification initiatives, keeping a constant eye on HRIS trends and possible integrations.
- Lead the implementation of global KPIs and metrics related to both Recruiting and Onboarding, together with our data management team and Recruiting leads.
- Be part of the implementation of our new support model for the global HR system, partnering with the Shared Services area to design the strategy and lead trainings for the 1st and 2nd level support groups.
- Guarantee key users are kept up to date to latest releases/enhancements and always have refreshed training content to be able to support end users properly.
- Evaluate new functionalities for release management, gather requirements, test, and implement new enhancements or system capability deployed.
- Support and testing for a broad range of HR projects.
- Communication, change management, and training.
**Required knowledge and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, IT or related areas.
- Master's degree is considered as a plus.
- Experience in HR, ideally working with HRIS, Project Management and/or process design.
- Experience in implementing and administrating SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with change management, ideally in a culturally diverse environment
- Experience with talent acquisition and learning processes.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies is considered a plus.
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
