In this role, you will work on an exciting project with a US-based digital experience agency, contributing to the development and optimization of high-performance CMS platforms and Java applications. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
* Maintain and organize clear project documentation in Confluence.
* Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
* Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
* Assist QA teams by reviewing test cases and analyzing defects to validate requirements.
* Monitor project progress and align deliverables with business objectives.
* Manage and assess the impact of change requests.
* Identify risks, communicate potential issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Write and define test cases for requirements validation.
* Perform manual testing to confirm functionality meets business goals.
* Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and suggest improvements.
Requirements
* Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, especially for digital platforms and CMS projects.
* Strong knowledge of the Optimizely CMS platform or similar tools.
* Familiarity with Drupal site optimization, including content structures and API integrations.
* Proficiency in Java-based application ecosystems for middleware and back-end logic optimizations.
* Experience working with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP) and integrating third-party tools.
* Expertise with Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for documentation.
* Ability to create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and workflows.
* Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration (developers, QA, project managers, and stakeholders).
* Nice to have: Experience with Postman, Selenium, or TestRail for testing and validation tasks.
