We are looking for Onsite Support Engineer who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
1. Installation and configuration of network.
2. Installation and configuration of desktop devices and computers.
3. Provide technical support to the end user in the management of all office tools and applications and systems managed by the organization.
4. Configuration of client software.
5. Establish diagnosis of possible failures that may occur in the equipment and generate an effective and definitive solution to avoid recidivism.
6. Inform the project coordinator of the need for change and/or repair of any element that is presenting failures.
7. Configuration of mobile devices including smartphones and tablets.
8. Support for teleconferencing and videoconferencing appliances, cameras.
9. Manage and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
10. Act as a Point of Contact for critical incidents.
11. Use ITSM tool, preferably BMC Helix.
12. Incident management aligned to ITIL practices.
13. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents under pressure.
14. Knowledge of Cloud networks, servers, and databases.
