Make decisions with other interface areas aiming at quality treatment for customer-related topics.Participate in customer audit processes, improvement groups with the packaging development team, establishing continuous improvement actions for finished products, coordinating corrective actions and monitoring the treatment of non-conformities, involving process teams and suppliers whenever necessary.Coordinate the achievement of indicators, support process teams and customers, carry out studies of the causes of non-conformities in finished products, components and processes, issue reports for decision-making, execution of technical services.Coordinate quality control activities regarding Aptar B&H Embalagens Ltda. products, complying with production procedures and specifications.
