About the role

Key responsibilities
Work on building customer relationships:
1. Create and adjust orders in the Kerry system.
2. Handle all customer-related interfaces.
3. Capture complaints and optimize the chain for better customer service.
4. Support cost reduction projects.
5. Build presentations and reports of studies conducted in Power BI.
6. Gather requirements and map processes for data organization.
7. Participate in management meetings to present reports.
8. Conduct satisfaction surveys on service demands, as well as data mining, documentation, and definitions.
9. Propose and implement tools for internal use in the data area, aiming to increase the maturity and agility of team development.
10. Assist in managing internal projects and with clients.
11. Seek improvements in internal processes related to customer care and supply chain.
12. Support the import and export team with information.
13. Contact transportation, comex, Demand Planning, PCP, and sales teams, both in Brazil and international units, when necessary.
Qualifications and skills
Knowledge in logistics, importation, and delivery.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
