**Job Title**: Sales Support Leader, EI
**Your role**:
- ** Sales Support Leadership**: Lead and manage the global sales support team, providing strategic direction and operational support to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- ** Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales support strategies, policies, and processes that align with the company's overall business goals and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function.
- ** Sales Operations Optimization**:Streamline sales operations by implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to improve sales productivity, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Work close to GBS to stablish and guarantee the best process and the orchestration of the policies and SLAs.
- ** Collaboration and Lead**: Work closely with global sales teams, marketing, product management, and other cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and campaigns.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:Monitor and analyze sales support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- ** Budget Management**: Manage the sales support budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
**You're the right fit if**:
1.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related field within the informatics or technology industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2.
Strong leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, Strong customer service orientation and Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
3.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
