All about the role:
The Electrolux Group’s Supply Chain teams are responsible for moving our products and services from the factory floors to family homes, organizing the flow of materials and information between manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and consumers. Through their agile, dynamic and efficacy-centered approach, our Supply Chain teams allow Electrolux to continue delivering extraordinary experiences for consumers all around the world.
What you’ll do:
As a S&OP - Supply Chain Analyst SR, you will be responsible for managing the S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) cycle in the Supply Chain area focused on after sales. Inventory management (arrivals and departures), E&O (Excess and Obsolete), curve of items A, B, C. Integration of information with the areas of Planning, Operations, Finance, Quality, Product line and Consumer care commercial.
In detail, you will:
Lead/facilitate the monthly S&OP process, analyzing S&OP scenarios to support the alignment of supply chain function with demand for sort and long‐term strategies;
Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and minimized forecast Bias;
Responsible to work closely with sales and warranty team to get a monthly purchase plan for 12/18 rolled months;
Responsible to monitor the generated demand plan including demand drivers (promotions, market intelligence & price uplifts) and perform gap analysis vs Last S&OP, LY and FY BU and drive improvement accordingly;
Provide optimization and scenario analysis on topics including demand, inventory strategy, planned production and capacity, ensuring efficient handling of forecast deviation striving towards best customer satisfaction;
Responsible to create visibility on Excess and Obsolete inventory to the business team to facilitate the liquidation of non-good inventory within their monthly S&OP cycle;
Purchase and stock projection accordingly to the demand plan informed by sales, warranty and product line team, checking the necessity of adjustments in safety stocks or firm purchases to avoid disruptions or overstocks;
Support with information in weekly beats to help commercial and warranty areas to fulfill the M0 quota;
Collaborate with Sales, Product Line and Service Engineering to manage phase in and phase out of products, providing a better life cycle management of the items.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Administration, IT or related areas (Master's is a plus);
Experience in planning with SOP cycle;
Experience of working in a / within a multicultural, international environment;
Solid knowledge in MS Office, SAP, (or other ERP system);
Fluent Spanish (mandatory);
Advanced English will be a plus;
Flexibility to travel occasionally.
