Hybrid- Full-time- Senior- We are expanding our Delivery business and we are looking for a Performance and Operations Manager to join our team!
In this position you will be responsible for developing this line of service in Brazil by building a strong customer relationship and improving the operation and experience post-sale.
**Responsibilities**:
- What you will do:
- Launch/onboard new clients
- Key account operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
- Logistics partners operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
- Participation in Indrive's IT platform improvement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Develop existing clients
- Provide customer oriented services
- Customize strategies to optimize retention of the clients
- Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
- Internal & external presentations preparation for key stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgment decisions
- Advanced MS office user
- Proven track record of project management
- Advanced English level
