The Social Media Marketing Executive will develop and execute social media strategies to maximize brand awareness and engagements at the brand level in key social media channels.
- He/She will work with strategic partners to drive fan engagements and online business in order to achieve brand level goals, while ensuring voice-and-tone and social content are aligned with our brand values
- Manage social media communities on key platforms
- Execution and optimization - to maximize brand value and drive business impact
- Develops and executes social media campaigns to drive fan acquisition and maximize engagement
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business
- Proofread, copy edit and write social media content that is engaging to our customer base and still comply with branding guidelines
- Manage third party agencies for campaign delivery, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
- Have an attention to detail from campaign execution & measurement to managing the process
- Works with corporate PR team to manage blogger outreach to build an active key opinion leaders network to drive brand advocacy
- Works with the corporate digital marketing team to ensure that the social media channel is appropriately engaged for corporate advertising activities
- Identify digital media technology and social network marketing trends and how those can improve brand favorability, improve consumer experience and company's investment on social media and content marketing
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of digital and social media experience in related business or social media agencies
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of communications to analytical side to be able to demonstrate ideas are analytically sound
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective user behaviors and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees, when necessary, on content development, campaign ideation, and online reputation management
- Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, process & result oriented and possess problem-solving skills working with multiple teams/agencies/vendors
