Responsibilities
Our Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of events, managing relationships with vendors, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the Food and Beverage Manager's diary.
* Coordinating daily communication and briefings between department heads.
* Maintaining official correspondence and quotations.
* Assisting with secretarial tasks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience in customer-facing roles are essential.
