Support new and existing projects as well as provide site engineering support.
* Executes and manages capital projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
* Develop and review detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
* Leads process design and optimization for critical systems, including reactors, condensers, distillation columns, utilities (steam, chilled water), and storage vessels.
* Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, maintenance, and external vendors to achieve project milestones.
* Conducts safety assessments such as Management of Change (MOCs), Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs).
