We are looking for:
We are seeking a full-time remote Website Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong aesthetics, and a passion for modern design and effective marketing.
First and foremost, you must be a talented graphic designer with experience in both website and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar design software such as Figma is essential.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing complete websites, landing pages, web elements, custom icons, logos, illustrations, animated GIFs, and social media ads—all aimed at increasing conversion rates using Adobe Suite or similar design tools.
Your role will involve continuously improving clients' websites and marketing materials by collaborating with our team to create visually appealing, high-conversion designs optimized for user experience, SEO, and performance.
Additionally, you'll conduct website performance and quality tests across devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones), use WordPress frontend page builders, and take on other tasks that keep your work varied and engaging.
Qualifications and experience:
You must be a highly creative graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases your great work.
Minimum 2 years of experience designing graphics/websites with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar industry-leading web/graphic design software.
Good at verbal and written communication in English.
Conversational English is sufficient for this role.
Experience directly designing websites with WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Beaver Builder, Elementor) will be an advantage but not required.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, and Git Version Control will be an advantage but not required.
Technological requirements:
A workspace free of distraction.
This job is for someone who enjoys the freedom and comfort of working from home or coworking space.
A download speed capable of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.
Work timings:
Able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
Weekends are also optional for additional income.
Salary:
Highly competitive starting salary between $1800-$3000 CAD which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills, and experience.
