**Global Trade **offers financing and risk mitigation products to our global clients. The Supply Chain Finance Product Management team is responsible for introducing new products into the portfolio, delivering strategic initiatives, and overseeing the revenue growth of the supply chain finance product within the region. Our global clients are increasingly focused on the effectiveness of Trade Finance providers in delivering and executing solutions that aid in the support of their businesses and working capital objectives. Enhancing the client experience requires a continual review of end-to-end process improvement, tools, and organizational structure to determine what we need to do to make it easier to acquire, onboard, and serve clients.
Client experience and market positioning is a top priority and we continuously improve on the supply finance product. The team is actively seeking a results driven associate whose primary responsibility will be to support the Latin America Supply Chain Finance team with global initiatives, to enhance the product offering for our large corporate clients. The associate will support this core objective, day-to-day, in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, which is responsible for delivering value to the firm by executing strategic initiatives.
**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**
The associate will gain exposure to the Global Trade organization with a specific focus on supporting the Latin American Supply Chain Finance business. The associate will work closely with the other product managers to grow Supply Chain Finance revenue through key initiatives. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Global roll-out of Supply Chain Finance digital platforms & solutions.
- Provide Supply Chain Finance Product leadership and guidanceto internal and external clients.
- Drive currency and country expansion, ensure country nuances are implemented appropriately, lead the due diligence process and new currencies are implemented smoothly.
- Ensure adequate SCF Product risk controls are in place
- KYP, KYC, and ensure controls and SOPs are in place
- Work closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagement.
- Facilitate requests and inquiries with cross functional partners in Client Service, Operations, Middle Office, Program Management, Sales and others
- Identify process deficiencies, business risks, and escalate accordingly within the Risk and Control framework
- Execute annual P&L review for Supply Chain Finance. Regional ownership and active participation in the monthly P&L reviews. Achieve fixed and variable expense efficiencies, reduce supplier and buyer on-boarding timeline, operational losses at a negligible level.
- Utilize internal databases and follow a high degree of integrity for reporting needs and analytics
- Partner with broader Supply Chain Finance team and Marketing partners to deliver best-in-class products
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management support, Risk Management or Sales.
- Previous client facing role is preferred but not a requirement.
- In-depth knowledge of the Latin America markets and the specifics of each jurisdiction, especially the Brazilian markets.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while remaining conscious of timing sensitivities
- Familiarity with other external platforms (Fintechs, CRM Platforms - Salesforce) and exposure to UI/process design.
- Exposure to invoice discounting and structuring models is desired but not a requirement.
