We are looking for an experienced e-Learning Instructional Design Manager (f/m/d) who can lead the design, implementation and ongoing development of the newly created Straumann Connected Customer Solutions e-Learning program.
This position can be based in Madrid (Spain) or S.Paulo or Curitiba (Brazil)
- Design and create storyboards, audio and video scripts, case studies, learning activities and assessment strategies, leveraging established pedagogic design principles.
- Implement effective and engaging e-Learning content in appropriate formats i.e.
SCORM, using the course authoring tool Articulate 360.
- Design and implement structured learning paths, certification programs, assessments and knowledge checks designed to reinforce and measure learning outcome achievement.
- Maintain and develop e-Learning course templates, models, standards and procedures.
- Manage e-Learning content on host platforms including the Docebo Learning Management System, AEM microsite, SharePoint, You Tube and other social media platforms.
- Follow a data driven approach to evaluate success and business impact of e-Learning programs
- Collaborate with regional and country organizations to support any required local adaptations of the global e-Learning program
**Profile**
- Academic degree in educational design or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Proven track record in leveraging learning design principles to develop e-Learning concepts and materials
- Expert user of Articulate 360 course authoring tools
- Experience in working with learning management systems and other platforms used to host learning programs and material
- Competent in video and image editing
- Experience in dental or other MedTech fields is a big plus, but not essential
- Advanced professional proficiency in English (C1 or C2) and Spanish or Portuguese.

- Strong can-do attitude, welcomes new challenges, able to work on multiple tasks in parallel and ready to take on responsibility from day one
- Excellent communication skills at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
