As an Admissions Officer, you will: - Provide assistance to families interested in enrolling in the school in both English and Portuguese;
- Support the Admissions Supervisor;
- Align the admissions process with other involved departments (administration, pedagogical coordination, financial);
- Schedule and organize school visits;
- Follow the entire admissions process, from the visit to the completion of enrollment;
- Update the department's indicators;
- Organize and prepare admission tests and interviews with the Coordination;
- Keep the system updated by uploading enrollment documentation; Clerical tasks;
- Perform other tasks inherent to the position.
Mandatory requirements for this opportunity: - Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
- Fluent in English - Advanced Excel skills Desirable requirements for this opportunity: - Google for Education Certification - Experience in Educational Institutions - Postgraduate degree or specializations in sales and communication.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, from 8a.m.
to 6p.m.
