Our client is a successful Chicago-based concession management company operating in major airports and healthcare facilities, including locations at Boston Logan, Reagan National, Chicago O'Hare, and Midway airports. As part of their portfolio, they own Good Trouble Bourbon, a premium spirits brand dedicated to inspiring social change through meaningful conversations and exceptional bourbon.
Why this role exists
We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms for Good Trouble Bourbon. This role is crucial for building and nurturing an engaged community, creating compelling content that aligns with the brand's mission, and driving meaningful interactions while maintaining the brand's premium positioning and values.

Content Strategy & Creation
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy
Create engaging content for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
Monitor emerging platforms and trends
Implement AI tools to enhance content strategy
Community Management
Monitor and respond to community engagement
Foster positive community interactions
Manage social media comments and messages
Handle brand mentions and responses
Maintain brand reputation
Influencer Relations
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers
Manage influencer partnerships
Track partnership performance
Coordinate collaborative content
Amplify reach and engagement
Analytics & Reporting
Track social media performance metrics
Provide regular reports and insights
Analyze engagement data
Identify growth opportunities
Make data-driven recommendations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
3+ years of social media management experience
Proven track record of community management
Experience with all major social platforms
Graphic design capabilities
Analytics and reporting expertise
AI tools knowledge (plus)
Food/beverage industry experience (preferred)
Portfolio demonstrating social media success
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
