They are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Manager to join their team to help them grow. You’ll be managing the social media content and paid ads platforms.
Need to have qualifications:
1. 3+ years managing Meta Ads
2. 2+ years managing social media content strategy
3. Strong analytical skills to perform detailed campaign performance analysis and make data-driven recommendations
4. Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Availability to work 9A - 5P EST
Nice to have qualifications:
1. Experience with TikTok Ads
2. Experience with SEMrush or similar tools.
3. Experience with Figma and Canva
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on Meta and TikTok.
2. Build and manage audiences for our campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals.
3. Interpret campaign performance and provide insights on how to improve.
4. Work with existing design assets to create compelling marketing materials.
5. Conduct market research to understand our competitors and the overall market landscape.
6. Provide consistent reporting on marketing performance to key stakeholders.
