Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Territory Sales/Account Managers for the business unit Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the Sales team Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
Establish staff priorities and assignments Establish performance goals and monitor performance levels Determine and initiate actions required to correct any deficiencies in meeting sales objectives/financial targets.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
5 years experience in this role Strong Skill presentations Availability to travel Experience in telecommunications companies or startups, technology, mobile, internet, paid TV, Saa S, or other areas related to applications or web platforms.
