1. Design and develop static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, and storage tanks for Ammonia-Urea projects
2. Perform mechanical calculations, stress analysis, and material selection in compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, TEMA, etc.)
3. Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety requirements, and client expectations
4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including process, piping, structural, and electrical engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
5. Review and approve technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications
6. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to evaluate technical proposals and ensure compliance with project requirements
7. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues during fabrication, installation, and commissioning
8. Ensure adherence to international engineering codes and best practices
9. Support project management teams in planning and executing design deliverables
