The team is a group of talents from technology, market making and venture capital backgrounds.
Responsibilities
* Focus on Sales activities to introduce new clients that trade in high volumes and large transaction sizes such as Family Office, High Net Worth, Professional Investors, Payments / merchant, supply chain, import/export etc
* Drive increased payments volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs, identify services & solutions to meet those needs and provide client support
* Help and guide clients & internal Compliance through the Onboarding steps as quickly and smoothly as possible
* Provide market color to clients on market conditions with an emphasis on liquidity and build trust through daily interactions
* Maintain a pulse on the market, product development & new potential market segments/focus
* Assist Product Managers by providing feedback from clients to help guide new product development
Job Requirements
* Passionate and knowledgeable with Payments, Fintech and Blockchain
* Minimum 3+ year of Sales Trading experience with strong client relationships who trade in FX, Equity, Commodities, Fixed Income or other similar products
* Counterparty relationship management ability to build and maintain strong relationships and source and expand to new counterparties / partners
* Experience / knowledge with daily execution of spot FX trading & global settlement
* Understanding of risk management and ability to implement this knowledge well
* Entrepreneurial approach with a desire to build businesses from the ground up
* Strong data analysis, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent numerical, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high growth
