Facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed and committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices. Collaborate and support Software & Controls team members, System Engineers, V&V Engineers, Chief Engineers, platform team engineers, and other stakeholders across the Eaton Enterprise.Responsibilities:Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.Get the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.Ensure Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge, and effective communication, both internally and externally within the Scrum team.Work with the Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.Facilitate and support all scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Act as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.Build and maintain working relationships with the controls engineering organization, other functional groups, and customers.Manage the project configuration of tools for workflows, schemas, and attributes as needed by the project.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Software, Computer or Electrical Engineering.Experience in Software Development.Experience leading software development teams or projects.Experience with Agile.Advanced English (Excellent verbal and written communication in English with the ability to clearly convey project status and timelines to senior leadership).Note:Availability to work in a 3x2 hybrid model.Skills:Program Management.Requirement writing.Testing of Systems/SW.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make presentations and work in group settings.
