Main Responsibilities and duties
- The scope is Latam that includes 8 countries in the region.
- Monitors the alignment of the IT projects and services with the Business requirements at regional level.
- Safeguarding the Headquarter standards, guides the business to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
- Facilitate the deployment in the region of Head Quarters initiatives
- Negotiates and guarantees the respect of SLA's agreed with customer at Country and Regional level
Position IT Organisation
- Hierarchically reports to CIO LATAM with functional report to the CFO, HR and Integrated Business Units directors
- The position offers high exposure to Latam business leaders and Head Quarter IT referents
- Manages regularly external consultants and internal/external resources
- Works mainly in Sorocaba and visits other plants in the region

Main interactions
- The success of this role depends on the trust built with the IT team and business referents.
- Work as an advisor and tutor for users stimulating business process improvements, digital innovation and transformation
- Contributes to IT Strategic planning, project preparation, IT Budgets and reporting
- Has to be able to convince people to do what is needed (on time) without have a direct functional control of them.
- Helps business people and the colleagues interfacing them (Demand), to collect and prioritize requests according to IT strategic direction and guidelines;
Knowledge/Experience required:
- Processes
- Be analytical to discuss processes and be able to understand and produce concise concepts/ideas that can be easily understood by the business leaders
- Strong knowledge on Business processes, preferably on Manufacturing Industry segment
- Promote innovation and best practice adoption among Region/Countries
- Familiar with business targets/metrics (customer service level, sales hit hate, contribution margins, profit & loss and others)
- Technical
- At least 3 years' experience on IT demand management positions
- Desirable technical knowledge on SAP, Workday, Business Intelligence, workflow automation and collaboration tools
- General knowledge about Application and Infrastructure technologies
- Strong Project management skills and budget control
- Behavioral
- Organization: self-discipline, proactive, responsive and have an efficient method to work individually or in work groups
- Strong ownership and empathy to create business trust
- Very good negotiation skills
- Innovative thinking and strategic planning
- Good written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish
