HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have advanced English proficiency and a proven track record in multinational companies within the technology sector.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary interface with HR, IT, and vendor teams, fostering effective communication and alignment.
* Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between relevant teams to drive project success.
* Operational & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support for operational and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Vendor & Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company standards.
* Escalation & Infrastructure Planning: Manage and plan escalation processes related to facilities, IT, and administration, ensuring smooth operations.
* Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Anticipate and resolve program-related issues proactively, minimizing operational disruptions.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management protocols, maintaining regulatory and company standards.
* Corporate Collaboration: Work closely with all corporate functions as co-owners, fostering alignment and driving business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. They will provide strong administrative and operational support, effectively managing third-party vendors and overseeing escalation planning for facilities, IT, and administration. A keen ability to anticipate risks, implement solutions proactively, and ensure compliance with governance protocols is essential. Additionally, this role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with corporate stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive success.
