This role acts as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with client goals and executed effectively. The ideal candidate has a solid background in account management, is a strategic thinker, and demonstrates leadership capabilities to guide both clients and junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage the execution of integrated advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives. Lead client meetings and communications, fostering trust-based relationships. Provide strategic direction and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Supervise Account Executives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively addressing any issues. Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field. 4 years of experience in account management within the advertising or communications industry. Strong leadership and client-facing skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Advanced English. Experience working with regional or global clients. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with creative production processes and timelines. Understanding of digital platforms and data-driven marketing. Background in managing cross-functional teams or multi-market projects.
