The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Operations & Client Success Coordinator to ensure a seamless moving experience for both customers and movers. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our moving operations together—handling customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, managing last-minute changes, and solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Customer Support & Scheduling:
* Guide customers through their moving process via phone and email.
* Convert inbound leads into booked moves.
* Follow up with potential customers to maximize scheduling capacity.
* Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
🔹 Operations & Coordination:
* Assign and confirm movers for scheduled jobs.
* Manage last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and mover callouts.
* Ensure each move is properly staffed and runs smoothly.
* Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling or logistics challenges.
🔹 Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:
* Address customer concerns and escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
* Support movers with guidance, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination.
* Help refine processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
* Strong Communicator: You’re confident, empathetic, and clear in your communication.
* Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping things on track.
* Problem-Solver: You thrive in fast-paced situations and can think on your feet.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling tools is a plus.
* Team Player: You enjoy working with others and keeping things running smoothly.
Experience Requirements
* 2+ year in customer service, logistics, or operations is preferred.
Location and Hours
* We're looking for someone who will be working on Eastern Standard Time in the US.
* Standard hours are 8 AM ET - 4 PM ET
* Undergrads' headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Compensation
* Monthly compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 USD
