Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic-minded professional to join our team as an Event Analyst. This role will report directly to the Event Coordinator and will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy through events and sponsorship initiatives, focusing on brand positioning and creating meaningful business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities :
* Will report to the event coordinator;
* Definition of the marketing strategy through the pillar of events and sponsorships according to the area's marketing plan and focusing on brand positioning and generation of business opportunities;
* Responsible for planning, structuring and creating the event's agenda;
* Responsible for monitoring, negotiating sponsorships, suggesting strategic events, analyzing pre / post data and presenting the ROI of the actions;
* Preparation of event briefings and negotiation with suppliers, as well as the definition and management of suppliers;
* Definition of brand activation and process management through events;
* Coordination of events such as webinars and training, workshops with partner distributors;
* Excellent negotiation skills with associations, organizations and institutions regarding the definition of sponsorships / brand activation;
* Management of the results of events and sponsorships as well as brand visibility and generated leads, preparation of reports;
* Interface and collaboration with the pillars of branding, marketing and communication as well as with the global HQ regarding the branding guidelines;
* Will be responsible for the purchase requisitions, budget control, payments and expenses.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism;
2. Intermediate Excel;
3. Advanced English (minimum) and Spanish (desirable);
4. Necessary to work daily under organization and planning;
5. Sense of urgency, teamwork and collaboration;
6. Availability for travels.
Complementary Information :
7. Home office with one on-site meeting per month in our office (Alphaville);
8. PJ contract with 20 days of vacation per year.
