Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Maintain client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and constant communication throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Project Management: Develop and manage ecommerce project plans, ensuring that they meet clients' needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and swiftly resolve project-related issues.
- Reporting: Generate progress reports to keep clients informed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and value.
- Team Leadership: Lead the project team and manage workloads effectively. Work closely with designers, developers, business analyst, system analyst, Quality Assurance Team, DevOps to ensure a cohesive approach to ecommerce projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee project output quality, assign QA to implement testing and quality control.
- Project Documentation: Maintain all relevant project documents.
- UX Oversight: Ensure a high-quality user experience on the client's ecommerce site conducted by UX/UI Designer.
- Marketing Integration: Align the project with the client's marketing strategies together with Business Analyst (BA) if needed.
- Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, time and control costs.
- Data Analysis: Track, Analyze, and with BA (Business Analyst) to present project-related data to the client.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies and implement best practices.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Having specialty in Ecommerce Development)
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Teamwork and other project management tools.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Client
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies is a plus
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus
- Results-oriented and proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
