About the Unit
The Global People Technology and Operations team supports the people strategy, processes and tools, so that leaders can identify and develop their talents.
This position reports to the Global People Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining the global people platforms and people processes related. Responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of people platforms ensuring that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines. In addition, responsible for gathering systems administration requirements, support implementations, communication, and system security administration that support the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
This Position has various responsibilities within Global Corporate HR:
1. Operational Support for HR Cloud Solutions: Provide operational support for various HR cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ServiceNow HRSD. Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, address inquiries, and ensure optimal utilization of HRIS platforms. While SAP SuccessFactors experience is beneficial, the primary responsibility will be centered around ServiceNow HRSD to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience.
2. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.
3. Quality Assurance: Perform checks on system configuration and test release changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
4. External Consultants: Oversee external consultants' work to ensure alignment with guidelines.
5. User Training and Assistance: Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-users' proficiency in HR cloud solutions. Serve as a point of contact for operational queries, providing timely and effective assistance to end-users.
6. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with the development team to escalate technical issues, develop minor enhancements and contribute with insights for continuous improvement. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather operational requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, user support activities, and issue resolution metrics.
8. Stay Informed: Stay updated on technical changes and enhancements in relevant modules, collaborating with third-party providers.
9. Documentation: Create and update documentation regarding system behaviors, configurations, release changes, and related processes.
10. Activity Management: Adhere to the current activity management model and maintain proper activity records.
11. Compliance: Ensure global compliance with established policies, procedures, and governance.
This role involves technical expertise, collaboration, and adherence to standards to enhance HR systems effectively and maintain data security and compliance.
Profile
* Solid understanding of HR cloud solutions, with preferred experience in "ServiceNow HRSD" and "SAP SuccessFactors"
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is desired but if the candidate doesn't have it yet, we will offer it during onboarding process
* Previous experience providing operational support for ServiceNow, HRSD preferred
* Consistent ability to read, interpretate and work with considerably amount of data
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization – to both technical and business audiences
* Project Management skills, including requirements gathering
* Strong relationship skills – both internal/external
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Fluency in English
* Previous experience providing operational support for HRIS platforms is a plus
* Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Employee Central, Learning or any other SF module certification is a plus
* Understanding of IT concepts, XML concepts, integration concepts and tools and configuration items is a plus
* Knowledge in SAP Concur administration is a plus
