KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST – Pharmaceutical Industrial MACHINERY (AFTER SALES)We are looking for a proactive and strategic KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST to strengthen relationships and drive AFTER SALES of our client across LATAM, liaising with Headquarters in USA and Europe to be based in São Paulo (Zona OESTE).Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain client relationships, conducting visits and identifying needs for modernization, spare parts, and machine training.Plan and execute client visits across LATAM, ensuring business continuity and growth.Prospect new sales opportunities, reactivating inactive clients and engaging active clients not yet utilizing post-sales services.Prepare and negotiate upgrade offers (modernization, spare parts, and services), tracking sales status and aligning proposals with business targets.Define post-sales equipment cost structures, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability.Monitor and report KPIs, tracking sales performance, client visits, and closed deals.Who You Are:Engineering or Business Administration Academic Degree.Fluent ENGLISH, Spanish is a Plus.Willing to travel internationally.Experienced in B2B sales and account management in the pharma-industrial sector.Skilled in strategic sales, client engagement, and data-driven decision-making.Proficient in SAP and business reporting, with strong negotiation skills.Be part of a company that values innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.Ready to make an impact?
