Global Mobility consultant dedicated to the client and will be the focal point for all expatriates and HR.
S/He will be responsible for intermediating, controlling and executing the services between Sirva and the client, in addition to the HR processes.
In addition, you will have contact with the client's head office based out of Brazil (communication in English) and will be responsible for keeping national policies/practices in line with the global policy.
As part of the usual tasks of this position, s/he will also perform administrative activities in the client's HR department, such as controlling vacations, posting variable compensation and benefits in a computerized system, etc.
When necessary, he will carry out external follow-ups, such as property inspections, renovations, internet installation, among others.
This Consultant must be 100% dedicated to a specific client, mainly to meet the expatriate's demands.
**Requirements**:
- Have good verbal communication, speak fluently English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Necessary knowledge of the global mobility market in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, such as: real estate agencies, international schools, hospitals, government agencies and other points of interest for expatriates.
- Have the ability to resolve the demands of foreign families.
- Have experience with expatriation processes - inbound and outbound - Long and Short Term.
- Knowledge of the documentary part involved in an expatriation process.
- Knowledge related to types of visas, deadlines and documentation involved;
- Port knowledge;
- Knowledge of Processes and Procedures drawings.
Must have a critical view to suggest improvements and adjustments;
- Concepts in admission and dismissal processes;
