The PositionWe understand that the role requires a dedicated and specialized individual with enough expertise to ensure that all Security requirements are adequately met and at the speed required for the function.
The position is based in Montes Claros/MG, and the main responsibilities include:
Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities and create action plans to address them;Supervise the outsourced security company and the agents assigned to the facilities;Develop and deliver security training programs for employees, including emergency response procedures;Maintain and update security manuals, documents, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility;Monitor security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarms, and promptly respond to any identified issues or alarms;Investigate and report security incidents, including accidents, thefts, vandalism, or unauthorized access, and recommend corrective actions;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis management plans and business continuity strategies;Advise facility management on security-related issues;Work with local law enforcement authorities as needed;Adjust the demand volume of the current Security team;Work to improve process deliveries in response to Site Security challenges;Maintain stability in operations to ensure they remain efficient and secure;Increase the speed of expansion and implementation projects on-site;Ensure that security challenges are adequately addressed, allowing for continuous growth and the maintenance of a safe environment for operations;Maintain continuous improvement and an applied focus on Security to achieve robust and strategic processes at SiteMoc;Participate in strategic decisions with leadership to work on project prevention and compliance;Strengthen contacts with external stakeholders.QualificationsTraining/Qualification for the role;Advanced English and Portuguese;Experience with large Security teams;Ability to work with spreadsheets, digital tools, and management software;Skills in document preparation and having a systemic vision;Experience in Monitoring Centers, Surveillance Systems, and general Security equipment.About the DepartmentThe Montes Claros site is the only factory in the LATAM region and has been recognized as the Best Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year in Minas Gerais by GPTW.
