Elaboração de planilhas e relatórios de gestão;
Realizar controle do consumo de água e energia;
Controlar e monitorar despesas, conforme budget e investimentos aprovados;
Controlar o processo de compras (gestão de fornecedores, orçamentos, prazos de entrega, negociação, controle de NF's e pagamentos, etc);
Controlar estoque de materiais do escritório, gerando relatórios e controlando os pedidos de compra;
Auxiliar na gestão, no controle e no acompanhamento de contratos terceirizados e dos prestadores de serviços;
Suporte para processos, procedimentos e atividades operacionais;
Suporte Administrativo (liberações de acesso, malote, registro de fornecedores, arquivo, etc.
);
Realizar inspeções diárias para garantir a limpeza, manutenção e bom funcionamento do escritório;
Planejar e inspecionar reparos e manutenções, pequenas obras e outras solicitações de trabalho, acompanhando até a conclusão;
Controlar e atualizar os documentos relacionados à área de EHS;
Controlar e desenvolver procedimentos operacionais
PRÉ-REQUISITOS
Estar cursando (ou ter concluído) curso superior em Administração, Arquitetura, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas;
Desejável conhecimento em Espanhol;
Desejável Inglês nível intermediário;
Grande conhecimento do Pacote Office (Excel, Power Point, Word e Outlook);
Experiência em Facilities será considerado um diferencial.
