**_Job Description_**
- Participate in the management of the Terminal supporting the terminal manager, coordinating and controlling the execution of activities in the Açu terminal area, as well as monitoring commercial projects and project activities carried out within the scope of operations and Materials.
- Support the supervision of the Base's operations and the Project Engineer, coordinating the activities of loading flexible lines and accessories for ships and other activities for handling and supporting projects at the Terminal.
- Suggest and evaluate schedules together with the planning sector with a focus on the allocation of resources and costs to support the proposal and project team (RDM).
- Lead the creation and updating of the Project's control procedures.
- Control of costs, deadlines and documentation relevant to the work of the terminal team in the project which it is following up;
- Suggest resource optimization in order to reduce deadlines and maximize results;
- Issue department and project performance indicators (Management Reports).
- Support PMT, Terminal supervision and Terminal Manager identifying the quantification of Project Risks;
- Support and advise PMT, Terminal supervision and Terminal Manager during regular meetings with the Client, notifying about deficiencies in progress and critical areas for further attention to be given and proposing mitigation measures or corrective actions.
- Support the preparation of quotations for commercial projects planned at the Açu Terminal for the proposals department;
- Monitor and ensure that the processes are being carried out in accordance with the group's certification standards;
- Support infrastructure improvement studies, in line with future demands in order to expand and/or prepare the department
- Location: Porto do Açu
**You are meant for this job if**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Production, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications;
- Knowledge inherent to technical training, project management, planning, etc.
- Knowledge in Development of control reports through the use of BI, use of MS Project, Project Management, etc.
- MS OFFICE, MS Project, AutoCAD, Advanced BI package.
- Advanced English
