We are searching for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
In this hybrid role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a busy entrepreneur who manages three businesses.
You will split your time between working remotely and collaborating in person during occasional visits to Buenos AiresResponsibilities:Manage entrepreneur's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Oversee email communication, prioritizing messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for all three businesses.Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.Research and compile information on various topics as requested by the entrepreneur.Assist with expense tracking and other financial tasks.Proactively identify and solve problems, anticipating the entrepreneur's needs.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business matters.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Tech savvyAbility to work independently and take initiative.Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is a must.About the opportunity:Work with a passionate and successful entrepreneur.
