**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **bonus structures and promotional campaigns** to maximize player engagement and LTV.
- Conduct **economic analysis** of issued bonuses to optimize campaign efficiency and ensure profitability.
- Design and monitor **promotional KPIs** (bonus costs, conversion rates, wagering activity, ROI) to continuously improve performance.
- Research and analyze **industry trends, competitor promotions, and best practices** to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with **CRM, marketing, and product teams** to align promotions with user segmentation and player lifecycle strategies.
- Work closely with **finance and risk teams** to balance promotional impact and prevent bonus abuse.
- Oversee **bonus automation** and campaign setup through internal tools and third-party CRM platforms.
- Optimize **gamification mechanics, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions** to increase player retention.
- Create detailed **reports and post-campaign analyses** to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- ** 2+ years of experience in a promo, bonus, or CRM role within iGaming.
**
- ** Must have experience working with the Tier 1 regions.
**
- Strong understanding of **bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, and player incentives.
**
- Experience in **analyzing promotional campaigns** and optimizing bonus structures.
- Proficiency in **data analytics tools (Excel, BI platforms)** to track bonus performance.
- Knowledge of **CRM and marketing automation tools (**Customer.io**)**.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (finance, product, and marketing).
- Strong understanding of **risk management and anti-fraud practices related to bonuses.

- Fluency in English is a must; Turkish or Russian/Ukrainian is a plus.
- Background in **game mechanics, loyalty programs, or gamification strategies.

- Experience in managing **seasonal and VIP promotions.
**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a **hands-on and analytical approach.
