How does the job as a Specialist Customer Service at Rijk Zwaan look like?
In your position, you will be responsible for carrying out the entire process from receiving questions from clients and colleagues about orders and seed availability to the shipment of the seeds to clients and after sales. In doing so, you take care of the administrative processing of orders and related documents. You will also be responsible for the export process, following it from start to finish. You will play a role in solving complaints by gathering information and communicating with the supply and/or complaints team in the Netherlands. Within the team, you will identify opportunities and possibilities for improvements and be open to further optimizing the processes together with your colleagues.

You enjoy working with colleagues. Even though a large degree of independence is required of you, you are a real team player, and you find it no problem to work under pressure in a hectic environment. Given the international character of the position, a good command of the English language is a must.

* A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration or related areas.
* At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
