We are looking for Agile Project Managers to play a key role in our existing team of project delivery professionals that help to deliver our Microsoft Teams solutions to worldwide enterprise customer locations.

Ideally you should have at least three years' experience in managing projects, preferably within the telecoms, collaboration or IT industry.Some of the main tasks to be involved in· Manage and deploy multiple projects at the same time in an AGILE environment· Develop close working relationship within sales and technical teams to understand the client projects requirements· Champion partner needs and coordinate with internal groups i.e.
sales, operations· Leverage own life experiences and common sense to understand clients and their needs· Implement multiple projects across different territories (remotely)· Build solid rapport with suppliers (both internal and external) to deploy successful projects on time· Manage junior project staff where necessary to deploy successful projects· Be able to handle 10 or concurrent projects· Has eye for details· Is very organised and has a methodical approachOn the job training¨ The post holder will be trained on all job functions, especially specific telecoms related items, however there will be great emphasis to think independently and take initiatives themselves¨ The post holder will be expected to work on his or her own initiative and be creative when delivering projectsContacts and RelationshipsInternal¨ The post holder will have contact with all sales department at all levels in all locations, including partner and related companies.¨ The post holder will need to work with other IT and operations department employees to carry out the requirements of the postExternal¨ The post holder will be in contact with customers, suppliers and other external business partners of the Company and other professionals and staff in offices abroad.Work Environmen? The post holder will work from remote based.
There will be the occasional need for the post-holder to work unsociable hours.
