Tasks
- Manage and support the creation of new tools to bring information visibility to sales team. For example:
1. RAR;
2. CRM;
3. Squad Thermometer;
4. ContiActive.
- Support the area on innovative processes;
- Lead/support sales projects and their related activities, develop relationship witth all sales and supporting areas key people;
- Lead CRM program enhancement (pull reports, activities creation, etc.);
- Support the KAM's on overall activities (customer price list, input of orders, etc.);
- Support PLT RE Head on preparations, gather information, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or related fields. MBA is a plus;
- Professional proficiency in English;
- Internship and/or previous work experience on sales administration, controlling or business intelligence;
- Desired experience with CRM tools;
- Advanced experience with PowerBI;
- Able to deal with international and multicultural aspects;
- Knowledge on project management and agile methodologies;
- Proactive and able to work with multiple priorities;
- Solid business acumen and ability to translate stakeholder needs into results and initiatives;
- Strong oral and written communication skills and able to speak to all levels of the organization;
- Strong skills on problem solving;
- Innovative thinking and entrepreneural spirit.
