Job Summary:
The job incumbent will be responsible for successfully growing the RX product portfolio through strategic marketing and achieving pre-determined sales and profit targets.
* Growing and reinforcing customer loyalty
* Appropriate targeting and segmentation
* Develop and implement innovative brand and market strategies for General Practitioners, Pharmacies, and Specialists.
* Working with agencies on promotional items and advertising
* Improve product and commercial knowledge and sales effectiveness of sales force for promoted brand(s)
* Ensure short, medium, and long-term sales and profit projections for promoted brand(s) with appropriate resource allocation
* Working with internal and external customers, including Synapse Sales Team, General Practitioners, Pharmacies, and Specialists.
* Management of listings in collaboration with KAM.
Qualifications:
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy organization
* Commercial savviness
* Relevant Marketing degree; minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management within Pharma ideally in RX
* Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Track record of proven success in previous and current positions
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with presentation and negotiation skills
* Excellent planning and organizing skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
* Tenacity in the face of challenging expectations
* Proven leadership skills in a functional role
* Advanced computer skills - MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
