Technology Enabled Care Team
We are a small team passionate about delivering technology solutions that help people live independently and safely. We provide three key services:
* Near Me - video consultations
* Connect Me - remote health monitoring
* Telecare - a home emergency alarm system
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the transition of Telecare systems from analogue to digital. You will answer queries, report faults, and contribute to data collection and reporting. Additionally, you will signpost individuals to appropriate services and maintain databases.
About the Role
This role offers a varied workload with opportunities to work with people and learn new skills. You will be based in NHS Highland and may work remotely from home. Your responsibilities include answering queries, fault reporting, basic problem-solving, supporting data collection and reporting, and contributing to social media content and event planning.
