**YOUR ROLE**:
- Manage a team of Supervisors, KDM and KWM under their responsibility, seeking to achieve their objectives (goals), in line with Henkel's strategies;
- Monitor and manage all Supervisor, KDM and KWM KPIs under your responsibility;
- Ensure the training of your team (Supervisor, KDM and KDM);
- Be the main responsible for all the performance indicators of your regional;
- Plan actions aimed at improving the team's sales processes (Supervisor, KDM and KDM);
- Monitor the implementation of the Henkel excellence plan;
- Build relationships that go beyond the simple transactional relationship.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Desirable experience in the Hardware segment;
- Experience leading teams of Supervisors, KDMs and KWMs;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Spanish is desirable;
- Domain sales processes;
- Basic Finance knowledge;
- Knowledge of legal and tax aspects;
- Ability to influence people;
- Domain in business indicators;
- Conflict resolution skills;
- Customer orientation.
